By accessing or using any part of the 22phapk platform — whether through the website at 22phapk.app or the 22phapk Android application — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

All financial transactions on 22phapk are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the process.

Accepted deposit methods include local Philippine online banking via Instapay and PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 22phapk.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly once the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals require a fully KYC-verified account. Submitting a withdrawal request without completed verification may cause delays.
• 22phapk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account status.
• Your PHP balance is a record of funds held for gaming purposes on the platform. It does not accrue interest.

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using fraudulent payment information will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 22phapk — whether in sports betting, eBingo, fish shooting games, live casino, or slots — you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game or market.

• Bets are confirmed only when the platform registers and acknowledges the placement. A bet slip confirmation is displayed after each accepted bet.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player except where a specific cash-out feature is available and eligible for that market.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game play or bet settlement, 22phapk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be declined during periods of rapid score or event changes.
• All game outcomes — including random number generator (RNG) outcomes in slots and fish games — are generated independently. 22phapk does not manipulate outcomes.

Disputes relating to specific bet or game outcomes must be raised with support within 30 days of the event or game session in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary per promotion.

• 22phapk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if fraud, abuse, or technical issues are identified.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other abusive methods will result in disqualification and may lead to account closure.

All promotional amounts are denominated in PHP. We do not publish bonus percentages, cash amounts, wagering requirements, or promotional deadlines on this page — specific figures are only accurate when shown alongside a live promotion in your account.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 22phapk login credentials. 22phapk will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 22phapk and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

22phapk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct.
